Meet Layla! Layla is a beautiful German Shepherd looking for a calm, patient home where she can settle in at her own pace. She recently had a few masses removed and is healing very well, but she'll still appreciate a peaceful environment as she continues to recover. Layla may be a little reserved at first, so slow introductions to new people and environments will be important to help her feel secure. Providing her with a consistent routine, a safe space of her own, and plenty of positive reinforcement will allow her confidence to grow. With time, understanding, and gentle guidance, Layla has the potential to become a loyal and loving companion for the right family.
