Olive is a three-year-old boxer mix. She currently weighs in at 46 pounds and could use a few more pounds on her frame. The vet thinks 50 pounds would be her ideal weight. What a gem this girl is! She knows how to sit, shake and takes treats very gently from your hand. She's great on a leash and loves to go for walks. Olive is housebroken and crate trained. She really doesn't need to be crated. She has great house manners. She loves to watch the world go by from the bench by my living room window or from the bed in my guest room. She loves to take a snooze on the dog beds here but would like it even more if her forever home would let her on the couch. Olive would be a great companion for another mellow dog or a wonderful companion for a human looking for a new friend. She'd be fine with kids as well. Olive may have a prey drive for smaller animals, so she should not go to a home with a little dog or cats. Olive loves to be around her people and soaks up all the love and attention she can get. If you'd like to hear more about this sweet girl or to possibly meet her, please call Teri at 630-897-7454. Her adoption fee is $275 and she's being fostered in Cary. Olive is spayed, microchipped and current on vaccinations.
