Approximate date of birth : 12/10/2024 | Hi there, I'm Sunshine Sparkle. I was rescued from a scary life living outdoors with my buddy, Honey Streak. We are both loving life indoors these days. My ideal home would have someone home during the day or at least wanting to spending quality time with me once home. I enjoy my wet food as a treat. I have shown some interest in toys but right now, I am just cherishing a stable place to rest after living on the streets. I am easy on the eyes and quick to steal your heart. 2.
Meet the Pet

Once approved, a meet 'n' greet will be scheduled.

3.
Sign Adoption Contract

If the meet 'n' greet is a match, the contract will be completed and adoption fee will need to be remitted.

Additional adoption info

We will adopt to out of state adopters but we do NOT ship animals under any conditions. You must come to us in person to meet the animal and make sure it is a mutual match. We have had many adopters come from the states around us and drive or fly with their new family member back.

We also have a small satellite operation in San Diego with adoption events on select Saturdays at the PetSmart Escondido store.

More about this rescue

Saving One Life is a completely foster based, volunteer run, never kill rescue. Our motto is that although we can't save the world, it makes a world of difference to the ones we do save.

If you find a litter of kittens or your cat accidentally got pregnant - please contact us if you are able to foster them at intake@savingonelife.org. We cannot take in more animals without foster homes. All supplies and vet care will be taken care of - all you have to do is open your home and heart to them until they can find homes of their own!

All of our adoptable animals are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, tested for felv/fiv (Cats), dewormed, and microchipped. Adoption fees range depending on the animal's age and breed. All adoption fees assist other animals in our care - we do not have any paid employees. We are a completely never kill group that provides sanctuary to any "unadoptable" animals that come into our care including hospice care.
