My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Grace is a 3-year-old Chihuahua mix who weighs about 15.5 pounds. She’s the outgoing, social star of the Will & Grace duo, always ready to charm a new friend or steal the spotlight. Grace loves a little playtime and adventure, but she’s equally happy curling up in your lap for some binge-watching and couch cuddles. Think of her as the sassy, fun-loving half who keeps every day lively.

She came to Wish Bone with her buddy Will, and while they can be adopted separately, they clearly have a special bond and would love to be adopted together if the perfect home came along.

Grace’s adoption fee is $300, plus a $15 rabies transfer fee for McLean County residents. If adopted with Will, their adoption fee is $500, plus a $15 rabies transfer fee per dog for McLean County residents.

She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.

Wish Bone Canine Rescue rehabilitates and re-homes dogs. We are a not-for-profit, no-kill organization located in Central Illinois, whose primary focus is to find responsible, loving and permanent homes for the surrendered, abandoned, neglected or abused dogs from within our community. We do not discriminate based on a dog’s breed, age or health . We are a foster home based rescue; however, we also have a facility where dogs are cared for until foster placement or adoption.
