Hi! I'm Chitek!

I'm a 5-month-old Husky/Shepherd mix named after Chitek Lake. I am vaccinated but am not old enough to be neutered. I may be young, but I already have a big heart and so much love to give!

I arrived at the shelter with my sister Meadow, and I love roughhousing and sneaking in a playful tail nibble or two! I can be a little shy at first; the shelter can feel overwhelming when you're small and still learning about the world.

With patience, kindness, and gentle encouragement, my confidence really starts to shine. I'm still working on my potty training, so I'll need a family who's patient and willing to help me learn-but im trying my best!

I think I would do wonderfully in a home that can help build my confidence, and having a friendly canine pal would definitely help and make me feel more comfortable. I'm a very well-behaved boy who just wants to grow into the best boy ever—especially for you!
