Whiskey is a female kelpie/border collie mix approximately 8 months old. Whiskey is living with her family in TorC, NM. All information has been provided by her current owner, Layla.

Please contact Layla at 406-465-3028. Whiskey gets along with dogs, kids, and cats. She is house and crate trained, playful, and funny.

Additional adoption info

We ask for home photos from adopters coming from a distance (home visit). We adopt locally and to out of staters. We aren't currently part of a transport system so applicants need to come to Desert Haven Animal Rescue (Truth or Consequences, NM) to meet their pet. We can schedule meetings flexibly, any day of the week, including weekends.

Drop-in hours are Tuesdays from 9-4 at Desert Haven Animal Rescue located at 15576 Highway 187 Williamsburg NM. Appointments can be made any day of the week. Call/text us at 575-740-0643 to schedule an appointment. We are located 2.5 miles south of Williamsburg NM on highway 187. Our pets will be at Jones Street Secondhand at 303 Jones St in TorC, NM from Noon-1:30 every Saturday.

Desert Haven Animal rescue is a No-Kill animal rescue located in Sierra County NM. We operate under Sierra County Humane Society and are a 501 (c)(3). We have a 5 acre property that houses our animals and an RV park where work campers can live for free in exchange for caring for our animals.
