Poppy is a female guinea pig who was born in mid-2021. She is approximately 4.5 years old as of January 2026.
Poppy came to Tiny Whiskers after her buddy passed away. Her owners did not have the ability to get her a new friend, but they didn't want her to be lonely. She was very loved and we are looking forward to finding her a new home with a friend or friends!
She is a shy girl who often retreats to her hidey when she sees people. She would definitely benefit from having a friend again, and that may help her to become more outgoing and social. Her favorite treats are carrots and mini peppers.
She is a lovely, quiet little girl who would be a wonderful companion for a middle aged or older pig. She may do well in a herd setting.
