Here's what the humans have to say about me:
With a heart full of hope, this kitten is searching for her forever friend—meet Floxie.
About Floxie
Floxie and her sister, Moxie, were born from a stray community cat and brought into our care. The two of them were very shy with people, but with some gentle pets and calm energy, they slowly began to open up. Moxie has already found a home, but Floxie here is still waiting to find her special family, one who will discover her inner exuberant and playful kitten personality.
Personality & Traits
~Energy Level: Mix
~Great with: Slow introductions; Calm environment
~Loves: Head scritches and cozy corners
~Good to Know: Floxie can be timid at first, but with enough time, she will make you her safe place and be your faithful friend forever.
Best Home For Me
Floxie would shine in a home filled with love, patience, and calm energy. She’s looking for a cozy space to call her own—a home where she can build her confidence (and agility) through playtime and nestle into a warm lap when it’s time to rest.
Perks & Compatibility
~No history with children
~No history with dogs
~Has done well interacting with other cats and seems to come out of her shell—slow introduction recommended
Why I’m Special
This sweet, gentle kitten wants to open her heart up to you if you’re willing to open your home to her. Come offer Floxie a warm hello at our Main Campus (6607 N Havana) Tuesday through Saturday between 1:00 pm and 5:30 pm.
