My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Blessing!  Her tale is a bit of a blessing in disguise.  Blessing is a stunning torti, a former mama who is ready to count her blessings and be on her own, with her forever family of course.  She doesn't have to care for kittens anymore, as we know, those adorable bundles of joy can be a blessing and a curse.  Blessing would like to be the center of attention now and get all the love she deserves.  She was left behind, outside, pregnant, when her family moved without her.  You wouldn't think it, but it was mixed blessings - due to some kind neighbors she came into rescue just in time to have her kittens (be thankful for small blessings - just two beautiful babies) safely inside!  Phew!  Blessing was a bit of an overprotective mama, you can't blame her, what if this was a blessing and a curse?  Once her job was done, babies raised, Blessing is again the sweetheart she's meant to be.  Blessing would like a family with adults or older, respectful children.  She's not particularly fond of others cats or dogs, really looking to be the center of your world.  Now Blessing is ready to end her story with a happily ever after and spend her days with her loving forever family, counting her blessings.

You can see more pictures and videos of our fosters on our facebook page:  Sophia L'Orange Kitten Rescue

All of our adoptable animals are cared for and assessed in foster homes (we do not have a shelter), up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered and tested for FeLV/FIV, before they are adopted. They have had de-worming medication as a standard of care and Flea/Tick/Ear Mite preventive treatment. Medical records will be released with the adopted pet.
