My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🐻 Meet Luna! 🐻

This beautiful fluffy girl is a total teddy bear with a heart of gold 🖤 Luna is sweet, gentle, and full of love—she lives for cuddles and being close to her people 🥰

Luna is playful and goofy when it’s time for fun, but she also has that calm, snuggle-ready energy that makes her the perfect companion. She does AMAZING with:
✔️ Kids of all ages 👶🧒
✔️ Cats 🐱
✔️ Other dogs 🐶

While she’s been enjoying time with her brother, Luna is not bonded and will absolutely thrive as the star of her own forever home 💕 She’s just waiting for her family to find her.

✨ What makes Luna special:
• Extra-fluffy “black bear” coat
• Big cuddle energy
• Sweet, happy personality
• Gentle and social with everyone

If you’re searching for a loving, snuggle-ready best friend, Luna may be the perfect fluffy bear for you 🐾

More about this rescue

The Follow Your Heart Foundation is committed to preventing the unnecessary euthanization and abuse of abandoned and/or abused animals.

In order to fulfill this mission, Follow Your Heart will engage in the following activities:

Foster Program-Animals will be rescued from shelters and placed in temporary foster homes to save them from being euthanized. During this time, animals will be provided with proper nutrition, shelter and analysis to determine appropriate long term housing.

Adoption Services - the organization will work to find each animal that is rescued a forever home that is willing and able to make the long term commitment to a family pet.

Public Education - Abuse, neglect and irresponsible pet ownership leads to thousands of animals being killed each year. One way to combat these issues is through continued public education to not only raise awareness about animal abuse, but also promote responsible pet ownership.

Medical Treatment - Animals rescued will be provided proper medical treatment as needed.
