My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

bio: Meet Leland & Goldie, a bonded pair of #-year-olds who are total sweethearts! Leland is a loving lap cat who will smother you with biscuits and cuddles, while Goldie is a confident, independent orange tabby who adores head scratches and rubs - affectionate, just a little more chill than Leland.

Leland loves curling up on your lap or chest, especially at night. He’s a little jumpy at first, but once he’s settled, he’s the ultimate lover. Goldie is brave, curious, and enjoys affection in her own sweet way - sometimes joining you in your lap, sometimes cozy at the foot of the bed.

These two are inseparable - they groom and bathe each other like devoted siblings, curl up together at nap time, and even share meals side by side. They’re talkative but never demanding, endlessly loving, and will follow you around wherever you go.

They’re the perfect duo for someone ready to welcome double the love, cuddles, and companionship into their home.

More about this rescue

Puppy Kitty NYC was founded in the Fall of 2014. As of July 2018, we are an official 501(c)(3) organization. We focus on three aspects: First, finding homes for abandoned or friendly street cats and kittens. Secondly, attempting to control animal overpopulation by spaying and neutering feral cats and helping the sick and injured. Thirdly, fostering is a must.
