Because Q-Tip is sensitive, protective, and still building confidence, any children in his new home are required to be age 10 or older so they can understand and respect his boundaries. Submit Application
We will set up an appointment time for you to meet the pet and collect a Companion Request Form from you.

Sign Adoption Contract
At your appointment we will give you an opportunity to meet the pet and make a final decision. If all goes well, you will take the pet home.
