With a calm environment and a bit of patience, he warms up quickly and begins to show his affectionate, curious personality. Once comfortable, he enjoys gentle attention and likes being near his people, gaining confidence more and more each day.Sichuan is still very much a kitten at heart and benefits from the presence of other cats. He would do best in a home with an already friendly, confident cat or kitten—or be adopted with one of his siblings—to help him feel secure and continue blossoming into the loving companion he’s meant to be.If you’re someone who understands that the most rewarding relationships take a little time, Sichuan will be a wonderful match. Macomb County Animal Control will verify proper preventative care history of past/current pets and verify home ownership/review a pet policy

Approve Application
Once an application is approved the adoption coordinator will schedule a time with the applicant/family to meet the pet.

Sign Adoption Contract
If a meet-and-greet is successful the family has an opportunity to finalize the adoption.

Pay Fee
Each pet has an established adoption fee and payment can be accepted in the form of credit/debit, check or cash.
