My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Animal Information: George is an adorable terrier mix who weighs 8lbs at 12 weeks old. This little nugget was found abandoned in an orchard, and brought to Fresno Humane. A shelter is no place for a sweet little puppy, so he caught himself a freedom ride the to the PNW! George is friendly with people and other dogs.

Foster Profile:  George is a handsome, athletic little guy. He is all puppy that loves to cuddle and be by his people. He will shadow his people to be close, but he is good at entertaining himself. He loves to play with his toys and loves all the chews. He is very food motivated.  We are working on “sit” and house training. George will let you know when he needs to go when he is in his crate. Not so much when he is playing but we are working on it and he is making progress. He  actually is doing really well with his leash work and walks like a pro, looking up to you pretty consistently and goes a good pace, with no pulling. He will be such a good hiking partner in the future. He does well in his crate when he needs down time and sleeps pretty well. He has slept through the night a couple of times already, and has only had one accident in his crate.  George is a pretty cool dog. He is smart and likes to play with other dogs. Our resident dog can be a little curt at times and he seems to take it in stride, crawling under a couch when necessary. He is not aggressive but rather very agreeable. He would love to find his forever home with
