My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Wiley.
Affectionately nicknamed the Malyote, Pocket Mal, or Baby Malinois.
Wiley was reported to have been living in a cemetery for at least three weeks, running from anyone who tried to help her. She was terrified, and trapping became the only safe option. Living among headstones will do that to a girl… she’s seen things. ??
That’s when Ernie Strothkamp, a well-known and trusted trapper, stepped in. Ernie safely trapped Wiley, quickly earned her trust, and became her biggest advocate. Before long, he had made friends with her and kept a few PAC Malinois lovers updated on her progress.
As her stray hold came to an end, Wiley needed somewhere to go. Sadly, no rescues stepped up (and we honestly don’t know why — she is the sweetest little thing).
Thankfully, one dedicated PAC Malinois lover didn’t hesitate and jumped at the chance to bring Wiley to safety.
So now… everyone welcome Wiley to The Pet Adoption Center! ????
Please share her with your friends.
For the first time in a long while, Wiley is no longer running in the cold. She has a cozy bed, full meals, fresh water every day, and people who care.
What we know so far:
We’ll still need to do our own dog testing, but Wiley has been with both a big dog and a small dog. No cats. She would do best with older kids. Wiley is shy and reserved, but she seems to adore men more than women. We truly believe her Malinois personality will shine once she’s settled into a home.
Wiley is about one year old and ready to start her next chapter — could it be with you? ??
