My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello fellow force users! I`m ready to teach more young ones all the ways of the force - especially how to control people using adorable puppy eyes and a sweet behavior! I`m a gorgeous girl, very young but large for my age - about 22lbs! I`ve got plenty more to grow and more love to give!

If you need to learn more in the ways of the force than feel free to call my padawan TCRAS at 719-686-7707 and set up a time to meet me...I will see if you have the home I`m looking for.

Additional adoption info

To adopt:
All adoptions must be done in person. Visit the shelter to meet the adoptable animals you would like to consider. TCRAS is open 6 days a week, please see hours of operation.

Your visit with each animal will be assisted by a trained adoption specialist to answer questions, address concerns and to help you decide if the animal is a good fit for your home environment (i.e. children, other pets, specific needs, etc). You can also bring in your current pets to do a visitation (this may be required with certain animals).

More about this shelter

In the year 2000, the Teller County Regional Animal Shelter (TCRAS) was formed and continued under this leadership to the present day. Our shelter is a small, rural shelter. Every year, over 800 lost, abandoned, neglected, or homeless dogs and cats get assistance from TCRAS. We do not euthanize for time or space.
