This precious 16-year-old lost his human recently and is still grieving. Vinnie is a sweet loving boy who enjoys petting, especially under his chin and behind his ears. He has luxating patellas, which means his legs go out from under him on occasion. But he gets right up and moves on. He likes to lie on his blanket near you, but he is not a lap cat. Because he is initially shy, it may take him some time to adjust, but he is worth every moment. He is a darling boy and deserves to spend his senior years with someone who loves him.

Our adoption fee is $50 for dogs 7 months and older, $175.00 for dogs under 7 months, and $50.00 for kittens and $25 for adult cats. There is an adoption application that must be filled out and approved. Once the application is approved a meet and greet and home visit must be completed before an animal can go home.

We are open to the public for adoptions daily Monday-Saturday 10-6, and closed on Sundays and all major holidays.
We are at the PetSmart in Ocala every day at our 7-day cat center 3-6 pm We are at the Petco in Ocala mon-Fri 10-12 & Sun 10-2. Please go to our website www.thehsmc.org site to see the different events and activities we are involved in throughout the year.
