Akela adores other cats and should have a feline friend in her new home. She could do well with very polite, cat-savvy dogs given slow, proper introductions. A quiet, calm household is important for her, and she would not be a good fit for a home with young children.
She isn’t a lap cat, but once Akela trusts you, she shows her affection in gentle ways. She enjoys being pet, has the sweetest purr, and will even politely ask for attention with a soft little chirp. Akela is a lovely kitten who thrives with patience and understanding and needs a home that will respect her pace as she settles in and blossoms.
