Papa was likely abandoned and found living on the streets. He is FIV+ , but a healthy cat (please ask if you have questions about FIV!)
He’s very sweet but territorial of his resources and scared of dogs, so he will need to be the only pet. He loves attention, snuggling, and loves making biscuits. He deserves a forever home filled with love and safety!
