Meet Diddle, a sleek black lady who’s spent most of her life sitting quietly in the back of the class, observing, learning, and waiting her turn to shine. In her previous home, she had a bossy older sibling who did all the talking (and attention-getting), so Diddle became very good at being polite, reserved, and just a tiny bit unsure about raising her paw for affection.
But make no mistake—this sweet girl wants love. She just likes to be sure the coast is clear first. When Diddle feels safe and brave, she’ll happily accept pets, lean into the moment, and quietly steal your heart. No jumping over moons or laughing dogs here—just a soft, steady cat who blooms best in a calm, patient home where she can finally be the star of her own nursery rhyme.
Diddle would do wonderfully with humans who understand that confidence can be learned, that affection doesn’t have to be loud, and that sometimes the best cats are the ones who wait politely… until they realize they’re finally allowed to shine.
