He came from the shelter feeling overwhelmed and frightened. What he truly needs is a calm, patient adopter who understands that trust comes with time.
In just a few short days in foster care, Canelo has already begun to blossom. He has discovered pets and can’t get enough, loves Purina Pro Plan (they should sponsor him!) and is starting to show his personality through quiet excitement — wagging his tail and perking up when I walk in.
