Glory Pesto is a beautiful 2-year old female kitty who was brought to the HSOV on August 20, 2025 along with her two 5-day old kittens (Crista Galli and Hamate). This little family was found on Greene Street in Marietta, and Glory was doing her best to take care of her newborn babies. Thankfully Glory and her kittens went home with one of our wonderful foster mothers on August 24th so that Gloria could raise her babies in a loving home environment instead of a small shelter cage.
This sweet momma has a shiny black short smooth coat with a few white hairs on her chest, a long tail, and an adorable face with large golden eyes, a black velvet nose, and long black whiskers.
Glory was given vaccinations and Pyrantel wormer on August 23, 2025. She was given booster vaccines on September 7th and November 9th, 2025. Glory is a petite little lady who weighed 6.6 lbs when she entered our shelter.
Glory and her kittens were returned to HSOV on December 23rd since the kittens were fully weaned .. So Glory is now an official 'empty-nester'.
Glory has a sweet, outgoing Type 'A' personality and is a pushover for attention. She is good with children as well as other cats.
Glory Pesto will be spayed in the near future (tentatively in February 2026) and will be ready to find a fabulous home of her very own.
