Tess is a 3-month-old baby girl (DOB: 11/5/25) with bright eyes, quick paws, and a whole lot of personality packed into one adorable puppy body. With a Border Collie/Heeler mix mama, Tess is on track to become that perfect medium size — ready for big adventures but still convinced the couch was designed just for her.
Tess is a classic puppy through and through: zoomies at full speed, toys that must be investigated immediately, and a talent for turning everyday moments into laugh-out-loud memories. She brings the puppy kisses, the wiggles, and the kind of joy that makes you forget what life was like before puppy breath.

Hay Dude Equine Rescue, in Boerne, TX, does not have a shelter - ALL of our dogs, are raised in foster homes in the San Antonio area. Each pup comes spayed or neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations that are appropriate for their age, microchipped, heartworm tested and on current on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.

The purpose and objective of our organization is to perform the following educational and charitable activities, as well as providing both shelter services to equines, and rehabilitation to abused, neglected or abandoned horses:
(1) promote and educate the public on horse slaughter and equine abuse
(2) Rescue, retrain and rehome slaughter bound, abused, or neglected horses
(3) educate the public on proper horse care and husbandry
(4) offer assistance to equine owners in times of natural or personal disaster
(5) rehabilitate neglected and abused equines
(6) accept donations of rehomeable equines for adoption and placement
(7) adopt equines into thoroughly vetted homes
