Meet Henry!

If there is one way that I would describe Henry it would be playful. He is full of energy and always very excited to be on the go. The perfect fit for an active family with plenty of love for his people and everyone he meets.

Henry was brought into us as a stray, some time after his owner had passed away. His caretaker was very dedicated to finding him a good home but eventually concluded it would be best to have him stay at Second Chance, where we could use our resources to find him a good home. Given his young age he still requires a lot of training that our employees and volunteers have been dedicated to creating a good foundation for.

If you are wanting to adopt a dog from us and currently own a dog, we like to have a meet and greet to see how they get along.

Approve Application

Additional adoption info

After you submit an application, it is reviewed by our animal committee. This typically takes 2-4 days. When you are approved, our kennel manager will give you a call to set up a meet and greet if it is needed. If the meet and greet goes well, you will pay the adoption fee and take your pet home.
