My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Camellia, named after the flower, is a super easygoing cat. You can often find her entertaining herself with her toys, especially balls and stuffed mice. She LOVES attention and being attached to her human at all times. She is the definition of a lap cat. Camellia has a very playful spirit but also loves the safety and comfort of a warm, cozy space with a kind, affectionate owner.

Camellia is approximately 1 year old, spayed, microchipped, negative for FIV and FeLV, up to date on vaccines, and treated for parasites. If you’re interested in meeting Camellia, fill out an application at www.brooklynanimalaction.org/adoption-forms and designate Dana H as the rescuer.

Thank you for your interest in rescued kitties! All adoption fees and donations go to saving the next sweetie.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Interested adopters first fill out an adoption application, after which they can visit our animals in their foster homes. If they would like to adopt and their application is approved, they then complete an adoption contract. We also ask for an adoption fee to help us continue our work.
