Galaxy may be a quiet boy at first, but behind that shy exterior is one of the sweetest souls you’ll ever meet. This gentle guy absolutely adores other kittens and cats — they’re his comfort zone and his happy place. Watching him blossom with feline friends is the most heart-melting thing.

Galaxy is very loving once he feels safe, and with a little patience, his affectionate side really shines. He would do best in a quieter home with kind, patient kids who understand he just needs a little time to adjust. With the right family (and a kitty buddy!), Galaxy will be the soft, loyal companion you didn’t know you needed. 💫🐾

For our dogs, we are a foster-based organization that primarily helps our county government-operated shelter with surrender diversion, i.e. owners rehoming pets, help with behavior issues, etc. In September 2023 we opened a cat adoption center that supports the effort to keep more cats out of the shelter.
