My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, my name is Dakota and I am a very sweet girl! I have traveled from Texas to find a new family here in Colorado. I came into TCRAS on January 27th, and I hope that I get to be adopted really soon. I have a lot of energy so I would thrive in an active home with someone who will work on my manners to make sure I know what they expect of me. If you want a snuggly loving dog, I am your girl.

Please call TCRAS at 719-686-7707 to set up a time to come in and meet me!

Additional adoption info

To adopt:
All adoptions must be done in person. Visit the shelter to meet the adoptable animals you would like to consider. TCRAS is open 6 days a week, please see hours of operation.

Your visit with each animal will be assisted by a trained adoption specialist to answer questions, address concerns and to help you decide if the animal is a good fit for your home environment (i.e. children, other pets, specific needs, etc). You can also bring in your current pets to do a visitation (this may be required with certain animals).
