My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Louie came to us when he was scooped up during a TNR project (Trap, Neuter, Return programs for feral cats to reduce the population), thats why his left ear has just a little missing- its to signify if he were caught again that hes already neutered. Louie has done great living indoors, hes social and playful and has done well with the other cats in his foster home

More about this rescue

Field of Dreams Rescue was created to aid in the prevention of animal cruelty by offering a no-kill sanctuary for all unwanted dogs, including but not limited to dogs from abusive or neglected situations and commercial kennels.
In our first year of operation (2007) over 128 rescues were placed into loving permanent homes! Because FODR is a no kill shelter with limited space and funding, animals are taken into our care based on need.
We are an all volunteer organization. We foster animals in our own homes so that they will be adopted into loving permanent homes. Field of Dreams Rescue actively supports spay and neutering efforts.
