My name is Phoebe!

Phoebe is a 9(ish) year old little bitty Chihuahua weighing about 5lbs.  Phoebe was dumped at an overcrowded shelter in Texas.  We actually don't know her history before coming to the shelter, but it does seem like she was someone's family member at some point.  Here is what her foster Momma has to say about her:

"While she takes some time to warm up, this girl shows a lot of spunk when she loves you! Phoebe‘s favorite things are cuddling under the blankets, drowning you in kisses, and meal time. When she’s happy, she gets the cutest little zoomies and runs around like a 5lb bucking bronco! She’s a real gem and is looking for someone who will let her sleep under the covers and have patience with her as she learns to trust her forever human.  She has so much unconditional love to give, she just needs a human who will love her unconditionally too.
