Betsy is a 1-2 year old Shih Tzu (we think purbred but are not sure) weighing about 11lbs. Betsy was found as a stray and brought to an overcrowded shelter with almost zero foot traffic, in Texas. Unfortunately nobody ever came looking for little Betsy. We were asked to bring her to CO since adoption in that area were very few and far between. Betsy was then cleaned up, shaved, and fully vetted.
Betsy has been in CO in our foster program for a couple weeks now and is ready to find her forever family. She is a sweet, sweet little girl with a happy, super loving personality. She loves to play with the fosters other dogs. She still has some of her young adult/puppy energy but is also great at cuddling up with the fosters and her kids during down time. She loves to snuggle and be close to her humans. She is the perfect mixture of being an easy going cuddle bug, and also a happy-go-lucky, fun little girl.
