Meet Winter
A cozy, couch-loving sweetheart looking for a safe forever home.
Winter is an 8-year-old black & white terrier mix with a chunky 38 lb build (she’d be perfectly happy to lose a couple pounds… as long as we don’t skip snack time ). She’s heartworm negative, up to date on vaccines, and on monthly prevention.
This girl’s story starts with a Good Samaritan: Winter was found on the side of the road with her blanket, right before the big ice storm—cold, alone, and clearly deserving so much better. When she was picked up, she had a red, rashy belly, but after a few medicated baths, she’s feeling good and doing just fine now.
Winter is a sweet soul through and through. She’s great with kids, and she’s the kind of dog who just wants to be near her people and get loved on. She also has the funniest little trait—she pretty much ignores other dogs completely. No drama, no chaos… just vibes.
Her dream day? Burrowed deep in blankets on the couch, snoozing like she pays the bills.
She’s potty trained, and when she needs something—food, a potty break, or a reminder that she exists—she’ll politely let you know.
