My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Adele ~ The adorable kitten with eyes so bright they almost seem to glow, snuggling in a staff’s arms is Adele! We cannot decide which she likes most, snuggling in someone’s arms or playing with the other kittens. She is surely fond of both! Adele is a happy kitten that is full of life and love—a total bundle of joy.

Adele is also incredibly gentle and quickly wins over everyone she meets with her playful antics and sweet purrs. Whether she is chasing a toy or curling up in a sunny spot, her personality shines and brings a smile to everyone around her.

Why not complete an application today to make an appointment to meet this good-looking, lovable kitten? Come, see for yourself what a terrific addition Adele would make to your home.

More about this rescue

The Animal Refuge Center (ARC) of Fort Myers is a not for profit animal welfare society dedicated to stopping the escalating cost to impound, care for, kill and dispose of dogs and cats dying for no reason other than having been born. ARC is helping to cut the large numbers of homeless animals which eventually cuts the costs to taxpayers, which to date has reached over half a million dollars a year.

ARC is a non-euthanasia organization. Once we accept an animal for adoption, IT WILL NOT BE DESTROYED TO MAKE ROOM FOR ANOTHER. We are here to help the unwanted and neglected animals who now face certain death.
