My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Yamaha! 🎶

Yamaha is an 11-week-old little boy who came into care with his sister, Steinway, along with an older kitten from a previous “oopsie” litter. Their guardian, feeling overwhelmed, made the loving choice to surrender the kittens and has committed to having mum spayed.

Yamaha and Steinway were a bit underweight on arrival and have been thriving in foster care ever since. They’ve now reached their weight goals and are officially ready to find their forever homes!

These two are nothing short of mischievous monkeys. If you blink, they’re climbing walls — literally. Yamaha is curious, determined, and endlessly playful, always looking for the next thing to conquer. He’ll do best with humans who can keep him entertained with plenty of toys, enrichment, and climbing opportunities.

While we’d love to see Yamaha and Steinway adopted together, it’s not a requirement. As we adopt kittens in pairs, Yamaha must go home with another kitten or into a home that already has a well-matched kitten or friendly cat.

If you’re ready for laughter, energy, and nonstop antics, Yamaha may be your perfect match!

Additional adoption info

We adopt kittens in pairs (under 1 year of age) and consider adoptions of single kittens into homes that already have a well-matched kitten or cat. We do not split bonded pairs. Some of our adult cats prefer to reign solo as the only cat in the home. While the majority of our adoptables are at the Adoption Centre and in our foster network, there are a small number of cats available for adoption at the RAPS Cat Sanctuary.
