My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

💘🐾 Meet Cutie! 🐾💘

True to her name, Cutie is cute as a button with a gorgeous tortoiseshell coat and just the right amount of sass. She may be a little shy at first, but once she knows you’re her Valentine, her sweet side starts to shine. 💕

Cutie does bring a sprinkle of cattitude—because what’s a tortie without it?! 😼 It just adds to her charm and keeps things interesting. Think of her as a box of Valentine chocolates: mostly sweet, with a little spice mixed in.

If you’re looking for a special girl to steal your heart (and maybe your spot on the couch), Cutie is ready to be your forever Valentine. 💌🐱

More about this rescue

A New Leash on Life has a goal of saving all the adoptable pets about to die in the municipal shelters of Alabama until we become a NO KILL state. We rescue, provide veterinary care, provide a foster home or adoption center spot, and find adopters who are good matches for homeless dogs and cats...AND horses, pigs, rabbits, and any other animal who needs our help. All animals are fully vetted, including spay/neuter, microchip, vaccines, testing (HW for dogs, FIV/Felv for cats), and whatever else they need before adoption.
