Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Izzy & Kozy💕
Izzy and Kozy are a delightful bonded pair of girlies looking for a forever home together. These two share a special connection and truly help one another thrive. Kozy is the more confident of the duo and acts as Izzy’s gentle guide, helping her feel safe and encouraging her to come out of her shell. Izzy is a softer, more sensitive soul who will need some extra time, patience, and understanding but with Kozy by her side, she blossoms more each day. They have lived successfully with other cats and could do well again in a feline friendly home. They have also lived with smaller, calmer dogs and may be able to do so again with a slow, thoughtful introduction. Cat savvy children who can respect boundaries and allow for a gradual introduction would also be a great fit.
Izzy and Kozy are deeply bonded and rely on one another for comfort and confidence, so they must be adopted together. In return, they offer a beautiful example of companionship, quiet affection, and mutual support. If you’re looking to open your heart and home to a pair who truly belong together, Izzy and Kozy may be the perfect match.

The first step in our adoption process is to submit an adopter profile through our website. We then encourage you to visit PARL at 34 Elbow Street and get to know the animals we have available. You do not need an appointment, and we invite you to visit us often. PARL’s goal is to assist you in finding your best match for a lifelong companion.
When you arrive, you’ll sign PARL’s visitor log, and staff will direct you to PARL’s cat rooms, small animal spaces, or dog kennels (depending on your preference.) We encourage you to spend time outside with the dogs, or petting our cats and small animals. Please ask questions -- that's why we're here.
If you don't find what you are looking for the first time, please come see us again! Chances are that we will have some new furry friends available for adoption, and one of them might be purr-fect for you!
