Meet sweet Theo 💙
Theo is a very shy and sensitive boy who will need patience, understanding, and time to feel safe in his new home. He can be fearful in new environments, but with a calm, quiet household and a caregiver who lets him move at his own pace, Theo has the potential to slowly build trust and come out of his shell. He would do best in a peaceful home where there isn’t a lot of noise or activity. Theo can do well with cat savvy children who understand how important it is to give him space. He has lived with other cats and smaller dogs in the past, though he would most appreciate calmer feline and canine companions who won’t overwhelm him. Theo is a shy boy through and through, and he will take time to get comfortable but for the right home willing to be patient, helping him feel safe will be incredibly rewarding. 💕

You do not need an appointment, and we invite you to visit us often. PARL’s goal is to assist you in finding your best match for a lifelong companion.
When you arrive, you’ll sign PARL’s visitor log, and staff will direct you to PARL’s cat rooms, small animal spaces, or dog kennels (depending on your preference.) We encourage you to spend time outside with the dogs, or petting our cats and small animals. Please ask questions -- that's why we're here.
If you don't find what you are looking for the first time, please come see us again! Chances are that we will have some new furry friends available for adoption, and one of them might be purr-fect for you!
