Eddy is a young, lanky goober just over a year old who is still figuring out how to use all of his long limbs — think baby giraffe energy in a perfectly medium-sized body. At just over 30 pounds, he’s the ideal size for both adventures and couch cuddles (once you’ve earned them).
Eddy takes a little time to warm up to new people, but once you’re in his circle, he is a loyal, affectionate companion with a wonderfully silly play style. His interactions are full of awkward charm, enthusiastic wiggles, and legs that occasionally seem to have a mind of their own.
A quieter home with a predictable routine would be Eddy’s dream setup. He previously lived with another dog and could do well with a calm, easygoing canine companion who respects his space — or he’d be just as happy soaking up attention as your one-and-only. Eddy already knows how to sit and is eager to learn more, especially when positive reinforcement and his favorite reward (chicken!) are involved.
With patience, consistency, and plenty of tasty treats, Eddy is going to blossom into an incredible best friend. If you’re someone who appreciates a slow-burn bond that turns into deep loyalty and daily laughs, Eddy might just be your perfect match.
