Gnome`s sweet demeanor shines when he warms up to new friends, showing his affection in subtle, endearing ways. He always lets you know when he is happy by leaning into your hands for petting and softly purring. He would thrive in a calm, serene home where he can slowly explore his surroundings and build trust at his own pace. He doesn’t appear to enjoy the company of other cats, so he would prefer a home where he can be your one and only. Adopting Gnome means bringing home a loving, inquisitive friend who will enrich your life with gentle companionship.

Interview

Call and tell us what animal you're interested in and we discuss all aspects of the pet. If it's not a match, we can help you find one

2.
Submit Application

We will set up an appointment time for you to meet the pet and collect a Companion Request Form from you.

3.
Sign Adoption Contract

At your appointment we will give you an opportunity to meet the pet and make a final decision. If all goes well, you will take the pet home.

The mission of the Placer Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Placer SPCA) is to enhance the lives of companion animals and support the human-animal bond.

We offer programs for the pets and people of Placer County, including adoptions, lost and found, low-cost spay and neuter assistance, humane education programs, emergency financial assistance for pet owners, free behavior advice, and low-cost microchips and rabies vaccines.
