My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DOB: 11/01/23

Daisy is a very pretty brown and white tabby who was found with a group of outdoor cats near a farm west of Rochester. She is extremely friendly and truly didn't seem to fit in as an outdoor cat.

Daisy loves to play with toys, knows her name, and will come when called. She follows her foster mom around like her shadow. She would do well with someone who would like a 'Velcro cat'. She does not like to be alone and will meow to get your attention.

Daisy loves to eat and will quickly gobble up her dry food. She met the resident cat in her foster home and tried often to play with her. We believe she would do well with another friendly cat. There were no dogs or kids in her foster home but given her friendly nature, she may do fine with slow, respectful introductions.

More about this rescue

G.R.A.S.P. stands for Greece Residents Assisting Stray Pets. GRASP's goal is to give animals, primarily those picked up by Greece Animal Control, a second chance for a safe, happy, and healthy life. Before G.R.A.S.P., Inc. was formed, animals that were not claimed by their owners were routinely euthanized. We also strive to educate the public on the benefits of spay/neuter and the need to tag their pets at all times. G.R.A.S.P., Inc. is a non-profit organization and is completely dependent upon donations from the public.
