Nova may be one of the sweetest kitties we have met. Her PURR is ten times her tiny body size. She is a tripod, missing a rear leg. She gets around just fine. She may be a senior at over 13 yrs of age, but she has so much life and love left to offer.
We are going to tell it like it is - it is amazing to us the Nova is still alive. She came to us through a surrender process after being rescued from a life outside... you heard us.. a senior three legged kitty made to brave the elements and feral and stray cat attacks on a regular basis. It gets even worse - from her prior vet records we see that as far back as 2024 she was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and medication dispensed. But she was never treated! When she came to us she weighed 4lbs.
