My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I go absolutely coo-coo for squeaky toys-like, zero self-control, full cartoon mode activated. If it squeaks, it's mine. I'm always on the move, always scouting my next adventure, whether that's a new trail, a car ride, or whatever exciting thing is happening two feet away.
Did someone say chicken?
Wait-where? I'm listening. Very closely.
I'm happy, playful, and undeniably handsome (I get told this a lot, and yes, I agree). I love fun, I love exploring, and I love making people laugh just by being my goofy, joyful self. Life is short-let's play, let's roam, and let's definitely check the kitchen one more time. 🐾

More about this shelter

The Humane Association of Warren County Animal Shelter and Adoption Center has served Warren County and Southwest Ohio for over 50 years. We operate the only animal shelter and adoption center in Warren County and as a non-profit, animal welfare organization, depend on tax-deductible donations to support our annual budget. We are proud of the fact that, during those 50 years, we have provided a safe haven and loving care for tens of thousands of homeless dogs and cats, giving them a second chance for new and happy lives. In addition, we have reunited thousands of lost pets with their beloved owners.

Since our founding in 1973, our ultimate goal has been to find loving, life-long homes for every adoptable pet left in our care. At the same time, we have been successful in dramatically reducing the alarming number of unwanted dogs and cats in Warren County through our progressive, long-established spay/neuter initiatives.
