Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ziva is an absolutely adorable dilute tortie kitten with the sweetest bobtail and a face that’s impossible not to fall in love with. She came to us from a criminal neglect and hoarding case in Juneau County involving over 500 animals—an overwhelming and traumatic start to life for such a young kitten.
Because of her past, Ziva is understandably shy and a bit nervous at first. But with time, patience, and the safety of foster care, she has begun to blossom. Decompressing in a quiet, loving environment has helped her learn that people can be kind, gentle, and trustworthy, and she continues to make progress at her own pace.
Ziva would love to be adopted alongside her sister, Solene, who helps her feel safe and confident. While that would be her ideal scenario, she could also thrive on her own in a home that already has another friendly cat to help her continue building confidence and social skills.
Ziva is a gentle soul who just needs someone willing to meet her where she is and celebrate each small victory. With love and patience, she will grow into a devoted and special companion—and her forever home will be lucky to have her. 💕
All our cats are spayed/neutered, dewormed, FELV tested, microchipped, receive prevention while in our care, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccines. If you're interested in adopting, please fill out an application on our website at https://www.sftsrescue.org/adoptable-cats

Our adoption process prioritizes accessibility, equality, and inclusivity. An application can be completed online or in person, ensuring accessibility for all potential adopters. Additionally, our application is available in Spanish to cater to a diverse range of applicants.
Once an application is submitted and approved, we facilitate adoption meet-and-greets on-site at our shelter's adoption center. This allows potential adopters to interact with the animals they are interested in and make informed decisions about their adoption.
Overall, our adoption program is designed to make the process as smooth and inclusive as possible, ensuring that each animal finds a loving and permanent home.
