Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Jettson!
Jettson is a sweet, energetic, and playful boy with a strong-willed streak that makes him all the more charming. He’s the kind of dog who keeps life interesting — always ready to play, explore, or trot around the yard soaking up the world. While he has a good amount of energy, he’s not over-the-top and is happy to settle after some fun with his people.
Jettson loves spending time with his humans and enjoys playing with other dogs. He’s done well living with both cats and another foster dog and is generally very neutral around cats. When food is involved, he can get a little protective — especially around cats — but this has been easily managed by feeding separately. With dogs, he’s been social and playful, though like many pups, he’ll benefit from continued guidance around food and treats.
He’s still working on a few important skills, including potty training. Jettson does great peeing outside but is still figuring out that pooping outdoors is the goal too (the snow and leash may be throwing him off). With consistency, patience, and a routine, he’s expected to catch on. He also doesn’t know commands yet, which means his future family gets the fun opportunity to help him learn and grow from the ground up.
Jettson isn’t a full-time cuddle bug, but he does enjoy short cuddle sessions before wiggling away to do his own thing. At night, he prefers sleeping at the foot of the bed, close but not clingy. He’s independent, curious, and full of personality.
One important thing to know about Jettson is that he doesn’t enjoy being confined to small spaces. He isn’t crate trained and can become frustrated if closed into a room for long periods, sometimes expressing that frustration by knocking things over. He does best with space to move around and a home that can offer supervision and structure rather than confinement.
Jettson would thrive with an adopter who understands young, spirited dogs and is ready to continue his training, set boundaries, and give him outlets for his energy. In return, they’ll get a fun-loving, affectionate companion with tons of potential and a whole lot of heart.
If you’re looking for a playful, adventurous pup who’s ready to learn and grow with you, Jettson might just be your perfect match. Come meet him and see if he’s the missing piece of your pack.

Adoption Process
We have an open adoption policy, so there is no application or interview process. We simply ask that you meet the pet in person before adoption. We have adoption specialists that will help you find the right pet for your family.
Adoption Center
The Adoption Center is located at 7500 N. Western Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73116. Our Adoption Center is a totally new concept in Oklahoma City where dogs have comfortable, expanded kennels and cats stay in “living rooms” with furniture and toys.
Pets by Appointment
Some amazing dogs get stressed out in a kennel environment like our Adoption Center, and much prefer staying at their foster home until they find their new family. If you see a dog on our website that says “E-Mail to Meet Me” that means that this furry friend is just a click away from getting a ride to the Adoption Center to meet you in person.
Adoption Fees
Adult dogs are $150 to adopt, puppies are $200 to adopt, adult cats are $75 to adopt and kittens are $95 to adopt. All of our pets are microchipped, spayed or neutered, treated with all age-appropriate vaccinations and flea, tick, and heartworm preventative prior to being cleared for adoption, so we put a lot of effort and monetary investment into each of our animals including a two-week quarantine period in a foster home. These adoption fees help cover the costs of our animals’ health and well-being!
