My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Purrto Rico is fun fun fun! Will warm your heart!'s Story

Older kittens, Momma and Young Adult cats make some of our best therapy snuggle buddies. They tend to think of their humans as an extended part of their mothering duties and these beauties are all incredible. Gorgeous supermodels but with hearts of gold.

Let's talk about them individually:

Tiny (7m) and Lion-O (10m) - these absolute angel boys are so sweet and SOOO fun. Nurtured in foster, they are purr machines who are young fun and friendly! Tiny has extra toes so it makes him so adorable with those huge feet, while his bff Lion-O makes it his mission in life to head boop u non stop. Can go solo and separate - great with everyone!

Purramore (not spayed yet) and Purrto Rico - these 12-14wk old silver softies are ready to cuddle and kiss! Purramore is still too small to be spayed, but her brother just made weight this week - yay! They are both ready for families and are great together or separate. Can be initially shy but then warm up fast and purr SOOO loud! They are a bit small to be solo cats but possible in right home

Cupid - Sooo many toesies on this super adorable 10-12 wk polydactyl baby boy. Too small to be a solo cat but def ready for a home of his own. Adores his foster bff Stoick if looking to adopt a pair! He is friendly funny goofy and just LOVE those huge feet lolol

More about this rescue

Welcome to Rock N' Rescue! We are a 501c3 cat rescue (and a few dogs!) based in Westchester County NY. Our goal is not only to save the lives of kittens and cats coming from high kill shelters, but to raise awareness of many issues concerning animal welfare. We also have a therapy cat program, providing special cats deemed gentle enough to be able to relieve stress for individuals suffering from illness, PTSD and other stress/trauma in their lives. All of our cats must go to an indoor only home and are not allowed to be declawed (unless they are rescued already declawed). Adopters are encouraged to post happy tales here too!

We also are happy to do custom searches if you are looking for a particular breed/mixed breed of cat or dog!
