Sally was brought in by a community member on December 18, 2025.

Why this pet is the one for you:
Meet Sally! Sally came in with her puppies and totally rocked the mom life. Now that her babies are grown, she's ready to be the star of her own next chapter! She might be a little shy at first, but give her a moment and you'll be rewarded with her signature tail swooshes and a big, happy smile. Sally loves her outdoor time and will happily chase a tennis ball or soak up all the attention she can get. She prefers to be the only dog in the home and would do best with kids ages 8 and up. Everyone in the household should come along for the meet and greet-Sally likes to make sure her future family passes the vibe check!

Sally has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed. She is now ready for her new home!

Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized.
