My name is Noel!

Meet Noel

Noel is a sweet, resilient 2-year-old gray kitty who has already overcome more than any cat should have to. She came to us from a heartbreaking situation—living with an elderly owner who was struggling with hoarding and could no longer care for her cats. When the owner passed away in the home, Noel and the other kitties were left alone for several days, cold, hungry, and sick.

When Noel was rescued, she had an injured eye, a severe upper respiratory infection, and multiple parasites. Thanks to lots of love and veterinary care, she’s come such a long way. Her eye did sustain permanent damage, but it doesn’t bother her and she appears to still have some vision. Our vet has been monitoring the eye pressure just to be safe, and so far Noel is doing great.

Despite her rough start, Noel is nothing but love. She’s incredibly sweet, friendly, and playful, and she gets along wonderfully with everyone—people, cats, and other pets alike. She’s a big fan of canned food, cozy hugs and cuddles, and batting around her toys.
