My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Tiger! 🐯🐾

This handsome boy has quite the comeback story. Tiger was dumped right before the freeze, but thankfully he was rescued and brought into a temporary foster home where he proved what a gem he is — getting along great with dogs and cats alike. From there he went to ACS, and we were so happy to pull him and bring him to safety. Now he’s living his best life at the rescue and soaking up all the love!

Tiger is SO happy and outgoing — the kind of dog who greets the world with a wagging tail and a big smile. He truly gets along with everyone he meets and is always ready to make a new friend, human or furry.

He’s about 7 months old, weighs 28 pounds, and looks like a Mountain Cur mix. We expect he’ll be around 35–40 pounds full grown, making him the perfect medium-sized adventure buddy.

Tiger is playful, social, and full of joy — ready to leave his rough start behind and start his happily ever after with a family of his own. 💛

More about this rescue

We're a home-based rescue, so there's always someone around to care for the dogs. Most of our dogs are allowed to roam the main yard (as long as they behave themselves), and we have several food and water stations throughout. Every evening, the dogs are tucked into our kennel building with soft bedding.

Our focus is family-friendly dogs who get along with everyone. Of course, we sometimes don't know a dog's temperament until we meet, but we work hard to ensure dogs are going to the right homes for them.

Mission Statement
To provide rescue, rehabilitation and new loving homes for dogs that have been living on the street, abused, abandoned and removed from high kill shelters.
