Meet Tootsie Roll!
Tootsie Roll is a delightful 5‑year‑old beagle who originally came from Caroline County Humane. She was only there for a day before joining us, but they had one clear message about her: “She’s great!” And honestly… they were right.
During her intake exam she met a cat and immediately wanted to make friends. She’s pretty nonchalant about other dogs, taking everything in stride with that classic beagle confidence. With her easygoing nature, she’d be a wonderful fit for just about any family — big, small, or somewhere in between.
Speaking of small, this girl is shaped like a tiny Mini Cooper with her short body and little legs, and she’s every bit as cute as that sounds. When she gets excited, she lets out the iconic beagle bark, so a family who can appreciate (and tolerate) a bit of joyful beagle vocalizing would be ideal.
If you’re looking for a friendly, social, compact little sweetheart who brings charm everywhere she goes, Tootsie Roll is ready to roll right into your life.
