Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

You can also see pets at www.friendsofuplandanimalshelter.org. You can call 909-931-4185 option 4 to set an appointment.

Meet the Pet

All members of the household be present for the meet-and-greet including dog(s) if adopting a dog. Show copy of rental agreement.

3.

Submit Application

From www.friendsofuplandanimalshelter.org, click on "Adopt a Dog" or "Adopt a Cat", find the animal you want to adopt and submit application

4.

Pay Fee

Once adoption is approved, pay the fee and arrange to take the pet home.

*Please note: It is recommended that you call in advance to ensure the Shelter is open. There may be times when the Shelter is closed during normal operating hours due to animal related emergencies.

The City of Upland Animal Services partners with Friends of the Upland Animal Shelter for all pet adoption services. They have many cats and dogs available for adoption that have been abandoned and given temporary housing at the Upland Animal Services facility.
