Hawk is a 3 year old 46 lb neutered purebred Siberian Husky! He came from a kill shelter in Ga, but our rescue was asked to save him, transport him to our rescue in Pa and find him a good home! He is Heartworm negative, fully vaccinated and microchipped! He is a loving playful dog! Great with all people and other dogs, but we have to cat test him soon to see if he is cat Friendly! We adopt to the general public but we also adopt to military veterans with adoption fee waived in order to provide our heroes with companion or emotional support dogs . Interview
Vet reference check is done if they have or had previous pets and applicant is interviewed on phone as well to insure compatibility
Meet the Pet
A meet and greet is set up with potential adopter and pet at a agreed upon location
Home Check
Home visit is required to check the safety of the home where pet will be adopted into.
Sign Adoption Contract
Owner completes an adoption contract and I visit pet within a week at the new home.
